Abstract

"In the public debate on digitalisation, there are widespread fears that digitalisation will destroy jobs and that labor itself will become superfluous. In the report, we describe the turnover on the German labor market since the 70s and show that in the course of technological change jobs are destructed but at the same time new jobs was created."
