Job search and labor market results: Small impact of action plans

Abstract

"Activating labor market policies focus on the responsibility and initiative of job seekers. So called newly developed action plans were supposed to help job seekers to develop precise ideas about their occupational objectives, strengths and weaknesses, qualification needs and search strategies. A model project tested the use of these action plans and their impact on the labor market results of job seekers." (Author's abstract, IAB-Doku) ((en))
