Abstract

The current data on fixed-term employment in Germany comprises:<br> Fixed-term employment in Germany in 2017 according to establishment characteristics (fixed-term contracts according to branches and sectors and distribution of employment over branches and sectors); the development of the shares of fixed-term employment since 2010 in the branches and sectors; the development of fixed-term employment since 2010 according to branches and sectors; persons leaving positions in Germany in the year 2017 as well as the type of exits from positions according to branches, sectors, size of establishments and region and exits from positions as a result of the termination of fixed-term contracts and dismissals by employers.
