Abstract
"Remuneration practices are currently being discussed in Germany more intensely: Meaningful work, flexible working times and locations as well as sufficient free time are gaining in importance in public discussion as against top salaries, bonuses and special payments. This trend also refers to the discussion on variable remuneration systems.
