Employment trends in the Free State of Bavaria 2015 : Part II: Representative analyses on the basis of the IAB Establishment Panel 2015

Abstract

"The IAB Establishment Panel is based on information from interviews with the owners or personnel managers of 1,212 Bavarian establishments. The data is thus representative for all Bavarian companies and offices with at least one employee subject to social security contributions. This report documents the second part of the results of this survey. It contains statements about in-house employment policy with regard to investments and innovations at establishments, entries and exits of personnel, new recruitments and termination of contracts, vacant jobs and requirements for personnel, data on the development of wages and salaries, equity and profit-sharing by employees, commitment to collective wage agreements, working time and further in-house training as well as the age distribution of employees, measures for older employees and the policies of the establishment concerning the employment of older persons.
