Higher satisfaction and engagement in firms with good personnel policy
Abstract
"Demanding working conditions like multitasking, deadline pressure, information overload and high physical requirements are widely spread and decrease individual well-being. Our study shows that workers in firms with employee oriented personnel measures like health protection, appraisal interviews, target agreements or employee surveys are more dedicated and committed. Additionally, they report higher job satisfaction and lower turnover intention." (Author's abstract, IAB-Doku) ((en))
