Abstract

"The decision of the coalition on the passing of a law on integration spoke of the obligation to integrate and at the same time placed special emphasis on sanctions. The notion inferred by this, namely that considerable numbers of the refugees try to avoid integration, is difficult to defend against the background of recent empirical insights."
