Polnische Beschäftigte in Deutschland: Beide Seiten profitieren

Abstract

"In Germany Polish people form the second largest group of foreign employees, after the Turkish. Not all of them live in Germany though. Some of them work in Germany, but live in Poland. Since the Polish EU accession in 2004, in particular since the complete movement for workers, the number of working migrants and border commuters from Poland has been strongly increasing. Both groups, however, differ significantly regarding their industrial focus, qualifications, professions and operational fields." (Author's abstract, IAB-Doku) ((en))
