Applications of artificial neural networks

Abstract

"The neural network approach in artificial intelligence research has generated a variety of models which might be used for purposes of statistical analysis of empirical data. In the paper a special network structure, the Multilayer Perceptron, is introduced and some applications to problems of economics and of the social sciences are presented."
