Pension at 63 from the perspective of establishments : the reactions of those concerned

Abstract

"While, during the 1990s, options for an early pension were applied under agreements between employees and employers, with the introduction of the pension at 63 discussion began to revolve around the loss of valuable personnel resources in times of demographic change and the postulated bottlenecks in skilled workers.
