New challenges in temporary agency work

Abstract

The fifth volume in the series "Contributions to flexibilisation" (Beiträge zur Flexibilisierung) is the result of the "Second interdisciplinary forum on temporary agency work" (2. Interdisziplinäres Forum Zeitarbeit) which took place at the Institute for Employment Research (IAB) in Nuremberg in December 2012. The main focus of this volume is on two of the more important current challenges facing temporary agency work: supplementary tariffs for certain branches and the qualification of temporary agency workers.
