Abstract

"Given a labour bottleneck, companies face increasing competition for new employees. Therefore, employers have to turn out in an attractive manner. In addition to the offered wage, results show that working conditions certainly play an important role. Improvements not only serve as benefits for employees but contribute also to employers' attractiveness and evolve potential to a faster and smooth recruitment process as well as operating efficiency."
