Firms' contribution to internal and external employability of older employees
Abstract
"In the empirical examination of older employees' employability one can distinguish between internal and external employability. While internal employability is defined as the capability to stay employed with the current employer, external employability describes the capability to change between employers. This study examines which types of firms contribute to their older employees' employability in Germany." (Author's abstract, IAB-Doku) ((en))
