Qualification profiles and labour market chances of new migrants to Germany

Abstract

"This article examines how the qualification profile of persons newly immigrating to Germany has developed since 2005 and how this has turned out in comparison to the entire migration population living here. At the same time, it is a question of the labour market chances of those who have recently immigrated in comparison to those of migrants who have been living in Germany for a longer time as well as persons without a migration background."
