Qualifikationsstruktur und Qualifikationsbedarfe im Umweltschutz

Abstract

"The first interim report of the project 'Qualification structure and qualification requirements in the green economy' is divided into two parts:
firstly, it contains an analysis of the current situation.
Secondly, it presents a detailed road map of the research project.. The analysis of the current situation deals with four parts:
1 determination of the understanding of relevant concepts,
2. discussion of the Green Economy and their transformation processes,
3. Description of industries with a focus on environmental protection,
4. the creation of a keyword catalogue.
In these four parts, the relationships between industries, transformation processes, and lead markets are worked out. Furthermore, the situation analysis contains the evaluation and presentation of existing information on sectors and qualifications. The result is a description of the existing knowledge and the knowledge gaps so far. The road map shows the next steps of the project and in particular the steps towards the next interim report . First attempts are made to fill information gaps and to supplement existing knowledge to qualification structures of green jobs. For this purpose, we use data evaluations supported by keyword catalogs that reflect the knowledge of transformation, lead markets and industries," (Author's abstract, IAB-Doku) ((en))
