Strategies of recruitment on the market

Abstract

"As has already been shown in the previous chapters, one cannot talk macroeconomically of a widespread bottleneck in labour and qualified labour at the moment. However, regional and also occupation-related bottlenecks may exist and these can lead to problems with recruitment. This then raises the question of how establishments can manage to meet their requirements for personnel and qualified personnel - in future as well.
