Skilled labour requirements in firms : Shortages are emerging in some sectors and regions

Abstract

"Many firms are finding it increasingly difficult to fill vacancies. Although an extensive shortage of skilled labour cannot be discerned at present, bottlenecks are nonetheless becoming apparent in some areas.
