Young people without a professional qualification : an estimation of the current state of data
Abstract
"Based on the calculation with data from the microcensus, in 2008 roughly 23% of the resident population of the Federal Republic of Germany between the ages of 25 and 34 years had not gained an occupational qualification. Who are these persons with low skills? What can we say about the causes of this situation, and what perspectives can be pointed to for this group of persons?" (Text excerpt, IAB-Doku)
