Abstract

"At the end of 2012, 64,900 temporary agency workers were employed in 1,400 hiring establishments in Hessen. Although the number of temporary agency workers is at a high level, it has dropped slightly in comparison to the two previous years. In the middle of the year 2012, Frankfurt could account for 18,900 temporary agency workers in 363 hiring establishments. Here, as well, the level had dropped in contrast to the two years before. However the current level still lies at 1,400 or 8.2 per cent over the level before the economic crisis (June 2008)." (Text excerpt, IAB-Doku)
