"The BIBB-IAB qualification and occupational-field projections delineate the development of the demand for and supply of labour in the years up to 2030. In this research discussion paper, the extent to which growing demand for workers with higher qualification levels, increased export business, the realisation of education policy objectives, and balanced net migration could change the future labour market is examined with the help of four scenarios."
