The competition for qualified personnel is growing

Abstract

"Over the last few years the employment situation has improved perceptively. For this reason there are increasingly more recruitment bottlenecks in regional and occupational partial markets. More and more enterprises are being forced to submit to scrutiny on the labour market as regards their competitivity. This also applies to non-profit companies in the health and social management sector. Making efforts to raise the attractivity of an employer is a possible approach to overcoming the problems encountered in filling positions. Package solutions with which the enterprises can create a profile on the labour market are being sought after more and more." (Author's abstract, IAB-Doku)
