Preventive labour market policy: Impulses for further in-company occupational training

Abstract

"The in-company further training of older and low-skilled employees is promoted within the framework of the 'WeGebAU' labour market policy programme of the Federal Employment Agency. IAB has studied how these preventive measures are assessed by individual establishments.
