Further in-house training: During the crisis the picture remains ambivalent

Abstract

"Further training makes an important contribution to securing the future of German companies - even during a crisis. At the same time, however, too many establishments are still not offering their staff any systematic training. Therefore, from the perspective of the individual establishment, there are reasons both for and against an extension of further in-house training during a crisis."
