Employment trends in Bavaria 2011 : part I: Representative analyses on the basis of the IAB Establishment Panel 2011

Abstract

"The report is based on information provided during interviews with the owners or personnel managers of 1,187 representatively chosen establishments in Bavaria (period of survey June to the end of October 2011) within the framework of the annual, countrywide surveys of the IAB Establishment Panel. The Bavarian Ministry for Employment and Social Order, the Family and Women in cooperation with the Regional Directorate for Bavaria of the Federal Employment Agency (BA) has tasked the International Institute for Empirical Social Economics (INIFES) with the evaluation of this data. The first part of the report contains the findings of the topics data basis and the development of employment, the economic situation (2010) and developments, personnel structure and training/taking on those trained by establishments, as well as further training."
