Only a few women reach top positions

Abstract

"Women are rarely found in top management positions of large firms. Nothing much has changed since 2004 when the survey was first conducted. Although more women do hold positions in middle and lower management, they still do not reach a proportion that reflects their share of the workforce." (Author's abstract, IAB-Doku) ((en))
