Keyword List Labour Market, Occupation and Vocational Education : Volume 2: Systematic Part. Common Thesaurus for the Bibliographic Databases of the Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training (BIBB) and the Institute for Empoyment Research (IAB)

Abstract

The keyword list serves as a means to the content-related exploration and retrieval of documents in the document databases of IAB and the Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training. The disciplinary spectrum covered by the list results from the research questions of labour market and occupation research and research on vocational education and training. It has a multidisciplinary character and especially accounts for the terminology of the social sciences, economics, education and qualification research, and technological sciences. In the 2009 edition, new terminology has been included, and hierarchic terminological relations and associative relations have been extended. In this volume, items are sorted by terminological areas and alphabetically within those areas. (IAB)
