Analysed: The Labour Market Situation of Women in Brandenburg : Findings from the Current Gender Report of IAB Berlin-Brandenburg

Abstract

Employment of women in the federal state of Brandenburg has risen between 2000 and 2007; within the state, employment opportunities in districts close to Berlin are clearly better than in marginal regions - these are some of the most important findings of the gender report of IAB Berlin-Brandenburg, which is presented in this short article.
