Temporary agency work from the in-house perspective

Abstract

"What issues are dealt with in this article? Firstly, it is a question of the in-house reasons for applying temporary agency work. Closely related to this is the question of substituting other forms of employment by temporary agency work. Among the effects of temporary agency work from an in-house perspective, that are to be discussed, is the question of the further training and productivity of employees involved in temporary agency work. Finally, the distribution of the proportion of employees involved in temporary agency work is of relevance because these shares exhibit a large variation between different establishments."
