On changes in the forms of gainful employment - consequences for the world of work in the future
Abstract
This contribution pursues possible flexibilisation tendencies in the world of work which can already be perceived. It begins with a presentation of descriptive findings and trends in the changes in various forms of gainful employment. After this, it considers what results can be deduced for the world of work from the quantitative development of these forms of gainful employment and the development of wages. Finally, recommendations for action for the development of competence on the part of persons engaged in gainful employment and for in-house personnel policy are listed. (IAB)
