Abstract

"A reversal of trend can be seen on the labour market: demographic change will have a direct effect on the supply of labour and lead to bottlenecks in the labour market. Within the framework of the BIBB-IAB Qualification and Field of Occupation Projections (www.qube-projekt.de) the possible developments for the coming years are illustrated and possible bottlenecks indicated."
