Management positions in companies: Women are still under-represented
Abstract
"Women continue to be significantly under-represented on the management floors of private-sector companies. The IAB Establishment Panel data show that in 2022 the proportion of women at the first management level remains low; their proportion at the second management level is higher but has not increased since 2016. Compared to 2014, more companies now offer the opportunity to take on management positions with reduced working hours." (Author's abstract, IAB-Doku) ((en))
