Public Perception of the Appropriate Wages for Different Working Conditions of Nurses

Abstract

"Unique nursing vignette experiment that can identify causal effects on wages. Respondents often underestimate wages for nurses. Performance parameters and stress are taken into account in respondents’ wage assessments.
