Abstract

"Access to education is crucial for young people in particular in terms of their life paths and career prospects. Higher educational qualifications are generally associated with better labour market opportunities. Sustainable employability and future-oriented social development require close integration of school and vocational education and training, as well as equal opportunities in the education system."
