Digitalisation and regulation in the labour market
Abstract
"Industry 4.0 and artificial intelligence have been at the top of the agenda in the debate about the future of the labor market for years. The corona crisis gave digitalization in working life another sudden boost. The transformation of the economy and the further development of the welfare state and working society represent the decisive challenges. This article discusses some key questions and possible political responses: basic income, further training policy, robot tax and social security." (Author's abstract, IAB-Doku, © Springer) ((en))
