Work requirements in a higher working age
Project duration: 01.04.2017 to 31.12.2020
Abstract
The demographic development and the changing world of work creates a range of challenges for the labor market. The workforce is getting older and stays longer in working life. A core element of a long and healthy labor market participation is the knowledge of maintaining workability. The focus of this publication project is on the health and workability of today's workforce. The focus is on psychosocial work requirements. It is also interesting to see whether it is possible to identify prevention gaps and prevention approaches for younger generations. Thereby age-appropriate workplaces as well as good and healthy working conditions are essential prerequisites for a long-term labor market participation.
