Abstract

- With the aim of reducing bureaucracy, an IT-supported project approval procedure is being implemented. The development of a lean, IT-based process will allow a faster, more flexible and thus more economical workflow. In addition, all relevant project data is immediately available for IAB reporting, which further increases transparency for internal and external stakeholders.
