Abstract

The Projekt "Further vocational training and self-regulation" is connected to the WORKOUT-Projekt - Self-Regulation When Out Of Work - carried out by Justus-Liebig Universität Gießen, Universiteit van Amsterdam and University of Minneapolis. The cooperation provides the opportunity to analyse under which circumstances and how the offering of further vocational training as an active labour market policy measure influence job search and mental wellbeeing over time as well as re-employment quality.
