Abstract

The city of Dresden established, within the federal initiative "Lernen vor Ort" a municipal programme for consultancy on education, professions and employment. For maintenance and sustainable improvement of the career advisory programme, proving and quantifying its efficacy is of high importance. Here, we focus on investigating the short run effects of career advisory using a quasi-experimental research design.
