Begleitforschung zum Modellprojekt "Passiv-Aktiv-Tausch" in Baden-Württemberg
Project duration: 01.07.2014 to 31.05.2015
Abstract
In Baden-Württemberg and in Germany as a whole, it is primarily the short term unemployed who benefit from favourable labor market conditions. To reduce the degree of long term unemployment in Baden-Württemberg the regional government started a model project in October 2012 (“Gute und Sichere Arbeit”). It aims to employ long term unemployed (receipt of benefits for more than 36 months) with multiple barriers to placement for at least two years.
The preliminary report of the scientific evaluation shows that the perceptions of the employers of the employment promotion are predominantly positive. However, the chances of further employment are partly uncertain.
