Determinanten der betrieblichen Ausbildung
Project duration: 01.06.2006 to 31.12.2011
Abstract
This article project analyses the determinants of firms decision offering new apprenticeship places. Beyond relevant structural characteristics, already discussed in literature, we introduce firm s expectation on business success as an additional exogenous factor. We assume that firm s expectation on business success influences the cost utility assumption and effect the supply of new apprenticeship places.
In a first project step static analysis techniques will be used to test both firm specific structural characteristics and firm s short term expectations on business success as explaining factors for the supply of new apprenticeship places.
In the second step more elaborate dynamic techniques will be engaged to identify the relation between change in firms expectations on business success and supply of new apprenticeship places.
