Abstract

Since 2005 numbers of East German school graduates are falling massively. This has severe consequence for the East German VET market. Until 2007 regional mobility of East German VET attendents used to be comparatively high because the East German economy was not able to provide all applicants with respective VET places. By 2010 there are more VET places in East Germany  than applicants. Consequently, regional mobilty should decrease significantly. The project seeks to dokument this development from 1999 onwards.
