Abstract

With this project entitled “Capturing career paths of ERC grantees and applicants” we will shed light on paths and patterns, differences and similarities, breaks and other (non-)conventions in the career paths of women and men ERC grantees over time (i.e. before and after grant application), in comparison to non-grantees (i.e. non-successful applicants) and a relevant reference group of other scientists (i.e. non-applicants).
