Acceptability and effects of bonus payments and exclusive wage increases in Germany

Abstract

This project investigates the circumstances under which a) bonus payments for the executive management team of a firm and b) large wage increases for particular occupations are accepted as fair. Furthermore, potential consequences for firms are explored.
