Abstract

Using data from almost three decades from the German IAB Establishment Panel Survey for almost three decades, this project analyses the relationship between firm size adjustments, job mobility, industrial relations and technology adoption during four economic crises (the dot-com, financial and corona COVID-19 crises as well as the Ukraine war) and normal times.
