Abstract

The aim of the project is twofold. At first we investigate how agreggate inequality in terms of earnings and job security are shaped by organizations with different market power. On the other hand, this work will compare employment trajectories of workers (and apprentices) from organizations with different market power to uncover the individual level implications of labour market concentration.
