Abstract

According to the European Vocational Education and Training Agenda 2021-2025, competencies for sustainability are to be anchored in regulatory instruments and in training practice. At the company level, production processes, supply chain management and human resources management are increasingly being aligned with sustainability standards. This also changes the demands on employees. The aim of the AGBFN forum is to pool the knowledge gained to date from various disciplines and to discuss existing initiatives, approaches or measures for the sustainability of company and school educational institutions. The focus here is on changes in the labor market, sustainability in company (training) practice, the role of vocational didactics, the professionalization of educational personnel, and sustainability concepts in regulatory instruments.
