Abstract

The project investigates how explainable artificial intelligence can be designed for job placement services in a way that 1) supports caseworkers, 2) expands clients’ agency, and 3) enables a placement process that is sensitive to discrimination. To this end, a co-design workshop on explainable AI (XAI) will be designed, implemented, and evaluated with both stakeholders.
