Abstract

In the field of establishment surveys there is scarcity of validated instruments for measuring response burden. This study directly addresses this methodological gap by developing and validating a 6-item response burden scale. The scale is designed to be simple to use, with a dichotomous (Yes/No) response format. For the validation, we leverage an experimental design in the context of the IAB-JVS.
