Abstract

The project analyses instruments of internal and external flexibility and their aim to save employment during the economic crises. With data from the Institute of Social and Economic Research of the Hans Böckler Foundation (WSI) we analyse at first the use of working time accounts to save employment and the determinants of this use. Furhter analyses of other instruments are planned.
