Abstract

The IAB's data have not yet been able to depict the interdependence of establishments within a company and the mobility of employees between establishments within a company. This data gap is to be closed by linking address data of the Mannheim Enterprise Panel with the establishment data at the IAB. It is planned to map the establishment-company landscape in Germany since 2005. The data will then be made available to external researchers via the FDZ.
